VT Group provides operational, logistical, analytical and
technical support to military and commercial operations centers.
Our staff are co-located and working alongside their
counterparts performing 24/7 shift operations, 365 days a year,
supporting troops and civilians deployed worldwide.
We currently manage operation centers for the U.S. Army Material
Command and the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command.
Examples of our operations center logistics support include:
- Facilitating and coordinating the flow of information, data and
tasks received at the operations center to ensure efficiency,
timeliness and accuracy in distributing, responding and closure for
all actions
- Data analysis and integration,
processing high-priority supply requisitions sent to operations
centers after normal duty hours in support of overseas
operations.
- Preparing and reviewing
logistics and operational data used for daily shift change briefs,
ensuring seamless responsibility transition between shifts and
briefing senior government leadership.
- Providing integrated logistics
support input, advice and recommendations for incoming information
requests for deployed personnel or organizations.
- Providing input and
recommendations for communication coordination efforts related to
worldwide operational requirements for U.S. Army senior leadership
distribution.
- Preparing classified material
for storage, distribution and issue in accordance with government
regulations.
- Coordinating higher headquarter
tasking requirements, developing distribution plans and performing
follow-up actions to ensure task closure. Providing technical
services supporting modification changes on information management
database systems.
- Providing advice and
recommendations on standard operating procedures for operations
center. Developing recommendations for the processing,
distribution and visibility of incoming electronic traffic.
Providing technical input and recommendations for the proper
receipt, distribution and storage of classified
material.
