Susan Springer Appointed VP of Human
Resources of VT Group U.S.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - September 23, 2009 - VT
Group, an industry leader in the delivery of customer-critical
services to government agencies and U.S. arm of UK-based VT Group
plc (VTG.L), is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan
Springer to serve as Vice President of Human Resources.

With an extensive background in harnessing human resources to
drive business growth, Springer will focus on securing and building
upon the talented and driven workforce VT Group is able to provide
its industry and U.S. Government partners and clients. As VT Group
moves to expand its capabilities and offerings as it realigns with
the ever changing market, Springer will ensure that employee
training goes above and beyond the industry standard and new
capabilities are constantly added through the addition of fresh
thinkers and industry thought leaders.
VT Group U.S. is the end product of a recent consolidation of
U.S. operations by VT Group plc, including VT Services, VT Aepco,
VT Griffin, and VT Milcom. Operating as one VT Group, the new
organization is based in Washington, DC with division headquarters
in Alpharetta, Georgia, Gaithersburg, Maryland, and Virginia Beach,
Virginia. The combined company includes 3,400 personnel based at
more than 100 locations throughout the U.S. and serving in forward
locations in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Guam.
Prior to joining VT Group, Springer spent the last 20 years with
Raytheon Technical Services where she most recently held the
position of Director, Human Resources. In this capacity she was
responsible for all bids and proposals, mergers and acquisitions
and employee relations for a division with $2.6 billion in annual
revenue and 8,500 employees.
Springer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in applied
management from Tri-State University, Angola, Ind., and master's
degree coursework in business from University of St. Francis, Fort
Wayne, Ind., and Ball State University, Fort Wayne, Ind. She is an
active member of the Society for Human Resource Management
(SHRM).
